We collect personal information directly from you when you:
- Register or use Talata’s Products and Services.

- Discuss, communicate, share opinions, submit complaints, and reach out with inquiries to the Company through various channels (such as mobile applications, customer service, social media, or other official complaint channels), regardless of the method used to make contact.

6. Withdrawal of Consent to Continued Use, Disclosure, Storing and/or Processing of Personal Data
- You may communicate the withdrawal of your consent to the continued use, disclosure, storing and/or processing of your personal data by contacting us using the contact details below, subject to the conditions and/or limitations imposed by applicable laws or regulations.
- Please note that if you withdraw consent or exercise other rights under applicable law, we may not be able to continue providing the Services to you or perform any contract with you. Our legal rights and remedies are expressly reserved.
- If you used Facebook Login and wish to withdraw consent for data retrieved via Facebook, remove the Talata app from your Facebook account settings (Settings → Apps & Websites) or email us at support@talata.co.th with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request.” We process such requests within 7 business days, subject to applicable laws and limitations.
