Images
Advertisers must upload images that are directly relevant to the item or service being listed and follow the rules outlined below:
- Do not take images from another advertiser without explicit consent (a violation of copyright laws).
- Do not include any form of contact details, including (but not limited to) phone numbers, LINE IDs, QR codes, email addresses, links, or social media handles.
- Do not depict children.
- Do not include promotional text.
- Do not include watermarks featuring contact details or pricing information.
- Avoid displaying company logos as watermarks placed centrally or in any corner of the image.
- Do not source images from Talata or reuse images from another listing on the platform.
- Do not upload low-quality, unclear, or irrelevant images related to the advertised item. Utilize high-quality photos to enhance visibility and expedite the selling process.
- Do not use collages, meaning multiple images combined or edited into a single image.
- Do not feature content that is offensive, provocative, or inappropriate, such as live model images for lingerie.
- Do not upload the same image more than once. Duplicate images will be removed to ensure clarity and compliance.
Listing Title
Listing titles must concisely and accurately describe the item or service being offered. The following rules outlined below:
- Do not include prices or salaries.
- Do not include promotional language, such as “promotion,” “best deal,” “urgent” or “discount.”
- Do not include contact information.
- Do not include unnecessary keywords, emojis, symbols.
Listing Description
Descriptions must provide a clear and accurate representation of the advertised item or service. The following rules outlined below:
- Do not copy descriptions from other advertisers (a violation of copyright laws).
- Include only relevant keywords specific to your item. Do not reference unrelated brands or similar products.
- Do not use offensive language or remarks.
- Do not add links to external auction, classified, or marketplace sites.
- Do not include contact information such as phone numbers, LINE IDs, email addresses, or social media handles.
Listing Category
The category selected for the listing must correspond directly to the item or service being sold or rented. Non-compliance will result in rejection or adjustment by Talata team.
No Multiple Items in a Single Listing
Each listing must feature only one unique item or service. Advertising multiple items in a single listing is not allowed.
No Duplicates
Duplicate listings for the same item or service are strictly prohibited, whether posted by the same seller or different sellers. The same listing cannot be posted more than once. If you wish to relist an item, you must delete the previous listing before creating a new one. Posting the same listing using a different Account is not allowed.
Links
Links to external websites, auctions, classifieds, or other marketplace sites are not permitted in listings.
Original Items
All items listed must be genuine and original. The sale of pirated goods or forged items is strictly prohibited. This includes fake luxury bags, electronics, counterfeit branded clothing, CDs, DVDs, and unlicensed software. Advertisers are encouraged to include images of relevant documentation to verify the authenticity of their items.
Realistic Offers
- The price listed must reflect the actual selling price of the item. Listings with unrealistic prices, such as “1”, “123456”, “9999999” or excessively high placeholder values, will be rejected. If you want to give an item away for free, just set the price to “0”.
- The selling price in the price box must be entered fully in THB. For instance, instead of writing ‘10 million THB,’ it should be entered as ‘10,000,000,’ not ‘10,000.’
Account Policy
Each user or business is permitted to operate only one account on Talata.co.th.
Prohibited Goods and Services

Offensive Content
Listings or images containing content that could be perceived as offensive to ethnic groups, individuals, or public figures are not allowed.
Talata’s Rights
Talata reserves the right to:
- Remove unsuitable images and edit or delete unnecessary search terms or promotional language.
- Request advertisers to amend listings to comply with these rules.
- Exercise sole discretion in determining whether a listing violates the platform’s rules or intended spirit of use.
- Suspend, deactivate, or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these terms.
