Before use, apply vegetable oil or used engine oil to coat the inside of the mold every time before use. Ingredients for making concrete (Mix Ratio) (Portland Cement): 1 bag (50 kg) • Crushed stone, size no larger than 13 mm: 2 full wheelbarrow loads • Coarse sand: 3 full wheelbarrow loads • Fly ash: 2.5 kg, or no more than 10% of the cement weight • Concrete Color Pigment: 0.5 kg; choose the desired color • Plain water: approximately 40 liters (2 buckets). The amount may be increased or reduced depending on the size and moisture content of the sand and stone • Concrete accelerator for rapid hardening Concrete Mix can be prepared in 2 ways as follows: 1. Hand Mix: Thoroughly mix the sand and cement together, then add the crushed stone and blend until evenly combined. Gradually add plain water and mix thoroughly. 2. Concrete Mixer: Add the crushed stone and plain water to the concrete mixer, then turn on the machine. Add the cement and allow all materials to mix well. Gradually add the coarse sand, followed by the fly ash. If colored concrete is desired, add the pigment. If the concrete is too thick, add plain water until the desired consistency is reached. When mixing colored concrete, the materials must be added in exactly the same quantities every time, and the amounts used must be recorded each time to ensure the concrete color is consistent.
